This cushion is made through a special process that involves:

Hand block printing for beautiful patterns 
Natural, vegetable-based dyeing of wool threads
Traditional needlework (aari) by skilled artisans
Careful washing and finishing to keep colors vibrant for years
At least five artisans put their care and expertise into creating each cushion, making it truly unique.
