Each of these tell a story of its own : this one is one was used as a (half) bed throw, a dowry gift from the brides family. It is vintage (approximate 40+ years old), has signs of usage (please check the photos. Itry to display them all), which makes it no less beautiful, instead it becomes even more interesting and "alive" . They have been collected from the houses of tribal villages in the desert regions of Gujarat and Rajastan. The local tribal people there are famous for their colorful textile craftsmanship and unique types of embroidery art.
