Standard shipping international EU: 5-8 working days

Standard shipping international worldwide: 10-16 working days

Express shipping: 3-5 days

Approximate shipping time is estimated by us, but we cannot guarantee them and are not responsible for delays due to custom clearance or weather problems during transfer or other problems that could accur during transportation.

Please note that you might be charged import taxes and customs according to your countries regulations. These are out of our responsibility.

Please note that "custom made" products do take time to be made. Please contact us before your purchase to get up to date information on current processing times.

Canopies take around 1-2 weeks and Namda rugs 3-8 weeks ( depending on the size). In busy times, processing times can be longer. 

Delays:
If your parcel does not arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, we will issue a search with the post / currier service provider. If loss of the parcel is confirmed we will issue a full refund to you.
If the address you have given us is not correct, we will refund (once the parcel has returned to us), but without the paid shipping costs.
Customs and taxes of your country are to be paid by you-the customer and are beyond our responsibility. Please check custom and tax information of your country before making a purchase.
